COURSE GOALS
The course provides students with theoretical knowledge, skills training and practical applications on issues relating to setting, appraisal and management of projects to apply to business situations in the current economic environment.
After completing this course, learners should be able to set and appraise a simple project, or participate in the management of the organization's projects. Capabilities are classified on the basis of Benjamin S. Bloom's 6-scale benchmark (1956).
Course Description
The course examines issues relating to the method of a particular project implemented, thereby students should be able to understand and apply in setting a complete project portfolio for investment decisions and financing attraction, as well as stakeholders support for the project. It also approaches the principles and important pieces of administrative content needed for a project. Students will apply knowledge of management, marketing, finance, and cost-benefit analysis to the setting, evaluation and management of an investment project. In addition, students can also apply knowledge of the course to management of programs and plans of project management in order to achieve optimal effect.
