Course Description:
The human resource is the most important resource of any organization. This course also helps learners understand and distinguish clearly the difference between Human Management and Human Resource Management in the enterprises. Human resource management cannot be understood as administrative rules or an imposed policy of human management, rather it is finding a relationship between the nature of work and the ability to perform personal tasks, also for improvement and achieving maximum efficiency, optimized for both organization and employees. More specifically, human resource management in organizations is generally all that the organization does in order to apply legal principles for the recruitment, training and development, evaluation and performance management of employees, and keeps a workforce consistent with the organization's work requirements both qualitatively and quantitatively (in terms of capacity and motivation).
This course is not only for students who desire to specialize in human resource management, but for all who are and will manage from low level to high level in all enterprises and other organizations. With the knowledge of Human Resource Management, the managers will operate effectively all human resources in an organization.
