          International Business Administration is designed to meet the academic needs of students in business administration, trade and tourism in general, as well as readers, business people, and people working in the international business environment. It provides general knowledge about the global business environment for planning business strategies which are suitable to each development stage of each company, as well as the implementation of  management operations in an international business unit.

          It consists of two main sections, ten chapters, at the end of each chapter questions for review and discussion, and case studies for readers to practise, exchange and apply their knowledge.

Section I (Chapters 1, 2, 3, 4, 5): Overview of International Business and International Business Management

Section II (Chapters 6, 7, 8, 9, 10): Corporate Governance International Business.

          The content of the curriculum is welcomed by generations of students with respect and excitement.

COURSE GOALS

          The basic objective of the course is to provide learners with a comprehensive, scientific, systematic, and up-to-date knowledge of global business with changes happening daily in the environment and the business world.

          The higher purpose of the course is giving learners access to the practice of multinational corporations, learn how to think at an international level and be able to apply the acquired knowledge to solve problems. The problems may be encountered in the actual business environment in present and potential international environments.

          By the end of this course, students' knowledge is evaluated according to the global business management standards set in the Business Management MBA. Response levels are classified on the basis of Benjamin S. Bloom (1956), a 6-level scale.

Course description

          Global business administration equips students with basic knowledge and enhances their understanding of the international business environment in the context of globalization today. The goal of the course is to provide students with an understanding of how to set up a globalization strategy in business operations and how to manage the operations of multinational corporations with their international market plans. And not only the application of effective management methods, but also developing a business strategy suitable for each stage of development of the company. We proceed from individual development in each country to strategic alliances in the region and globally in order to ensure stable growth and enhance competitiveness. After studying this subject students are able to:

          - Develop and improve analysis and skills of solving problem about market issues and complex international business situations.

          - Enhance knowledge in the application of production, human resources, finance and marketing strategies in the international economy.

          - Identify the socio-economic, cultural and social factors that have brought about globalization, and assess the implications of external factors that affect global business.
