COURSE GOALS

          After finishing this course, students can understand human nature and how to use and apply leadership skills (Style, Powers, Motivation, Psychology) as a means to achieve management goals.

          By the end of this course, students' knowledge is evaluated according to the expected learning outcomes of the Psychology and Leadership Arts, which are in the expected learning outcomes of the Faculty of Business Administration.

 

 

COURSE DESRIPTION

          On the basis of understanding human nature, the factors that affect human psychology, and psychological rules, learners can apply knowledge of the skills of the leader (Style, Power Motivation, Psychology) to the handling of real situations in order to achieve effective management.

          Students can apply flexibly each of their leadership skills to resolve specific situations. Style Skills with 3 Modeling Styles: Domineering, Democracy, and Freedom. Power Skills with a model consisting of 3 powers: Position, Individual, and Political. Encouraging and motivating skills with the application of the Five-needs Theory of Maslow: Basic, Safe, Social, Respectful, and Expressive.
