12. THE DIFFERENCE between THE current programME And previous programME

The total duration of the two Bachelor programmes in Business Administration, version 3 and version 4 are not different, but in essence there are many fundamental differences:

Firstly, the structure of the training program. The core general knowledge reduces from 46 credits to 36 credits, a change of about 7.7%. Moreover, the basic and major subjects increased from 74 to 84 credits. This adjustment has been made to facilitate the achievement of the expected learning outcomes.

Secondly, the programme’s learning outcomes have been built to level 3, clearly identify three expected blocks: knowledge, skills and attitudes. This is achieved through the general and specific knowledge, professional skills and personal qualities, communication and teamwork skills, personal qualities and professional ethics.

Thirdly, the highest expected level of transfer from knowledge to skills and personal attitudes is the learners’ ability to connect and apply ideas to life, through conceiving, designing, implement and evaluating, monitor plans in the various contexts.

Fourth, the expected learning outcomes are measurable (based on the Bloom’s taxonomy, 1956) in order to evaluate the fulfillment of programme objectives. The training program is compatible with the expected learning outcomes.
