COURSE GOALS
At the end of the course students gain a basic understanding of communication skills in life and business, therefore developing the ability to communicate on a case-by-case basis and make quick judgments in each case to provide appropriate communication measures. As a result, students increase their ability to analyze and adapt to specific situations in order to increase their success and gain the advantage of communication. This helps increase the efficiency of the business, the business of the organization and increasingly successful in business
At the end of this course, the evalutaion of student’s knowledge is based on the expected learning outcome of Communication Skills in Business, which is also a part of graduation standards of Business Administration program. Level of expertise is classified based on the cognitive scale of 6 levels of Benjamin S.Bloom (1956)
COURSE DESRIPTION:
Communication skills in business enclosed knowledge about kinds of communication and method use skills in each specific case. In this course, students learn how to communicate? How to use communication forms in specific environment? Which communication skills are needed to pay attention in order to achieve the purpose of communication?
